This very successful and prestigious client of ours based in Great Dunmow who are a leader in their field of work are looking to recruit for a full time Contracts Administrator to work within the busy Operations Department

Main duties and responsibilities of the role

*

Front line customer contact via the telephone and other media

*

Diary management and meeting coordination

*

Ensuring all client calls and communications are returned within the required timescales

*

Liaising with other departments including project document handovers

*

Coordinate and maintain accurate communication records from site

*

Prepare documents and quotations prior to transmission by the area engineer

*

Ensure that all safety documents are correct and up to date

*

Sourcing materials, equipment and plant from our appointed suppliers and placing orders to match our needs using the company systems

*

Coordination of the area vehicles accidents, tax, maintenance and servicing

*

Provide administrative holiday cover in other departments

*

Delivery & collection administration

*

Plant reconciliation and investigation of missing items

*

Materials administration

*

Plant hire reporting

Skills Required

*

Excellent communication skills

*

Highly organised with great attention to detail

*

Proficient in all Microsoft packages

*

Ability to prioritse and meet deadlines
