Customer Service Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business as a Permanent Customer Service Representative for our client in Thurrock.

Working within the Customer Services and Sales Team you will be responsible for:

* Delivering Exemplary customer service

* Giving product advice

* Responding to customer issues

* Cash handling

* Keeping abreast of new product details

The ideal candidate will be:

* passionate to help and support the customers

* Have previous Customer experience within a sales/service environment

* Have a desire to learn new skills

* Be resourceful

* Computer Literate

* Able to work under pressure

The position is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
