Experienced Motor Claims Insurance professional required for national fleet operator that provides replacement cars, vans and motorbikes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, strong management skills, an eye for detail, strong communication, organisational and computer skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
·Managing entire claims process from FNOL to conclusion
·Processing high volume of RTA claim forms, including driver statements
·Liaising with Asset Manager to manage repair process
·Ensuring company database is accurate at all times
·Insurance compliance for business
·Liaison with our insurers/broker
·Claims experience analysis
·Dealing with all internal motor insurance queries
·Driving licence audits
·Producing daily, weekly and monthly management reports
Minimum 5 years experience required, Chartered Insurance Institute qualification preferred, but full training will be given. 40 hours per week 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 22 Days holiday.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
