We are looking for a determined, committed and adaptable individual who has exceptional communication skills, high energy levels and above all a good sense of humour.
You must be comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve or exceed goals.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and cope with an ever changing working environment as no two days are the same in recruitment!
This permanent role will suit an individual who is highly organised and shows exceptional initiative, whilst maintaining performance and productivity at all times.
It is essential that you drive and have your own transport as there will be a requirement to visit client sites for business development opportunities and service meetings, we will pay for business mileage.
Our office hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to manage an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
If you have worked for a recruitment agency and have experience of running a fast paced Temps or Perms desk then this would be a bonus, but if you haven't and can demonstrate a proven sales record then we can offer support and training to teach you the recruitment industry.
