About the Role:

Build you own book of business and manage your own clients, Attend meetings and manage relationships. Work successfully with the support of Account Handlers, Claims Team and an Accounts team.

Key Duties:

·Develop commercial/corporate insurance to increase the brokerage within Lloyds

·Reach and exceed new business targets

·Manage a book of prospects and leverage your own network of contacts to generate revenue. In return, you will receive a very attractive basic salary, bonus in line with revenue generation and a generous employee benefits package

·Generate new customer contacts and clients

·Ensure smooth and thorough handover of clients to broking teams post acquisition

·Reach and exceed new business targets

·Maximise new business revenue stream from personal activities

·Execute sales goals by maintaining a large book of business of complex or high-yield accounts by conducting frequent sales presentations, calls and meetings.

·Apply highly developed market and internal service offering insights to sales cold calls - to engage potential clients, generate interest and schedule meetings or presentations.

·Create sales proposals, presentations and RFP responses which creatively and effectively address complex prospect needs.

·Lead complex account processes from the identification stage to closing; lead pricing negotiations, facilitating product and expectation discussions and ultimately securing a beneficial financial outcome for the business.

·Interface frequently with the potential or existing account representatives and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and uphold promises and general expectations.

·Cross sell new products and solutions accounts to generate additional revenue.

·Manage your CRM pipeline accurately.

·Be a member of various professional and industry or regional organizations and attend conferences and relevant events to expand and maintain a large professional network, represent the company and gain exposure and insight.

·Drive new business initiatives to deliver to budget

·Generate new business revenue for the group

·Deliver new business revenue line

·Maintain and improve quality of personal prospect activities

·Generate and create new business ideas and techniques in a compliant framework.

Key Experience:

·Track record in Commercial Insurance

·Experience in growing a book of business / business development

·Self-motivated / Target Driven
