ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/SENIOR TECHNICIAN £30,000 - £50,000 NEG
City based Lloyds Broker is seeking an experienced Account/Client Handler Executive to provide support to Corporate clients assisting with visiting the various operations, collecting renewal information across all sites, collating this and preparing market presentations and collecting terms, also working through premium allocations.
In respect of Commercial clients, handle all aspects of the client's needs. Client meetings, broking etc
Key Accountabilities/Core Competence Indicators:
·Identify and manage client requirements in accordance with the terms of appointment
·Build and maintain strong Client/Broker/Insurer relationships
·Maintain the database
·Achieve a high rate of client retention through well-planned and executed account renewal management
·Ensure there are sufficient resources to meet client day-to-day demands and escalates servicing issues to divisional management as necessary
·Ensure that standards are met at all times
Document Production and Processing
·Timely and accurate production of Market Presentations, Slips, Cover Notes, Debit Notes and Endorsements (or equivalent documentation) which comply with internal procedures and also satisfy the client requirements.
·Review documents at key stages to ensure accuracy and completeness for subsequent processing
Business is all Corporate Commercial. London Market Insurance experience is essential.
