Principle Personnel are looking for an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Advisor for our client in the Hockley area.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00am- 17:00pm. This is initially a 3 month contract with the view to becoming permanent.
You will be responsible for:
• answering telephone and email enquiries in the line with the company standards and targets (Min 75 per day)
• Dealing with customers queries and resolving them in a timely and efficient way
• Maintaining knowledge of clients products and warranty procedures to ensure advise if appropriate to their query
• Customer safety incidents escalated as per client procedures
• Continual improvement to process and procedures to improve productivity
• Ensuring all telephone calls and emails are logged correctly
• Undertake any additional tasks as requested by the Manager
• Take responsibility for undertaking daily tasks as required
MUST SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH
• Current or recent customer service experience
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, hard working and have a can do attitude
