Our well established client based in Leigh On Sea is looking for an Office Manager to support the office functions and manage / support 5 members of staff.
My client is renowned for delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service & after care to their clients.
Working in a busy & thriving office, full systems / process training will be given over a 3 month period so you have the confidence to maintain a high level of service and identify any potential problems.
Managing 5 members of staff
Maintaining office service levels
Supporting and assisting the Head of Estate Agency
Skills / Experience Required:
Ability to prioritise and manage teams day to achieve company goals
Experience within a property related business
Great administration skills
Strong, proven customer service skills
Evidence of being a reactive problem solver
Great organisational skills and initiative
A Positive Attitude
You will need a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook and a confident telephone manner.
Salary: Negotiable - £16,000 to £22,000 Basic Dependant on Experience with £26,000 OTE + Company car + Arla Level 3 Qualification
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and some Saturday working occasionally as required.
