We are a small, Private, family run company who provide the highest level of care and have gained an excellent reputation in the care industry.

You must have a very compassionate nature and be dedicated to your job role which will involve all aspects of Personal Care for the elderly and disabled. This will include washing, dressing, administering medication, hoisting, catheter/ stoma care and meal preparation.

No experience necessary as full training will be given.
Our office is based in Witham and we work in Witham and surrounding villages so you must be able to drive and own a car.
Shift patterns available:
Weekends only (including at least one weekend evening)
Evenings only
Weekday, evenings and every other weekend (including at least one weekend evening)
We provide our service from 6.45am - 10.00pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Role

Functions and Activities

Constantly monitor the critical path to ensure catalogues launches, pricing and proofing files are ready on time.
Design

Research, monitor and identify jewellery and fashion trends to help create briefs with the Creative Director.
Designing for a number of clients and brands
Designing for key account customers
To design jewellery that fits all price categories and commerciality of products.
Samples

Liaising with suppliers regarding designs to produce accurate samples
Ensure all samples come in schedule for the collection launch
Check samples are accurate in accordance with the designs sent
Working closely with the buyers in the product department to ensure designed product fits to the targets set.
Travel

To travel on trips to the trade shows in the UK and Europe for trend inspiration and possible Far East travel to meet with suppliers, look at their collections and develop product with them.
Catalogue Productions

Assist with page layouts
Catalogues ideas/briefs
Proofing (attention to details is needed for this).
Trade Shows

To assist with trade show preparation
General Administration

To maintain the database of designs and files

The Person

Essential experience required:

Sterling Silver/Fine Jewellery design experience
At least 2 years jewellery design experience
Use of Illustrator
Preferable experience

The Position
Our client, a thriving industrial electrical manufacturer, is seeking a Contract Engineer to produce layout drawings, wiring diagrams, other general drawings and manage contracts associated with the manufacture and supply of panels for its various customers. There will be an approximate 30:70 ratio of design to project management content in the position as explained below.

The Person
We would be pleased to receive applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in HV & LV protection systems ranging from 11kV to 275kV gained in an electricity company environment would be highly desirable.
• Alternatively an electrical CAD technician with basic electrical engineering experience (see Training below).
• Although a suitable qualification in electrical or power engineering would be a distinct advantage, relevant experience would also be a major consideration.
• Have a working knowledge of CAD (preferably Autocad).

You will be required to produce general arrangement drawings and wiring diagrams from customer specifications and circuit diagrams. The contracts will be based on industry standards for each application and varied to account for specific requirements on a project. You may also be required to get involved in the testing of the panels in works or on site if appropriate.

The design aspect will only be part of your overall responsibility of simultaneously managing multiple contracts for different customers. This will involve specification, procurement, coordination and project management roles. You will deal with customers, suppliers, contractors and in house personnel as necessary so their contracts are completed to the meet customers’ quality and timing requirements within set budgets.

Training
Training can be provided by the company for candidates that are proficient electrical CAD technicians, in which case there would be a clear pathway to Contract Engineer level. Progression to this level however would depend on individual ability and aptitude.
