Junior BMS Engineer (BMS)

A junior electrical engineer with some experience of Trend 963 BMS is sought to join and established and highly reputable firm.

Company Profile
Established in the late 1990's, originally to work in power engineering, this company has gone on to include both building and industrial automation in its portfolio of services. Now working primarily in Data Centres they provide full turn-key solutions to their clients, designing and completing complete data centre infrastructure solutions including racks, security, cooling and fire protection.

Role Profile
As a Junior BMS Engineer you will be presented with the opportunity to develop your existing skills and learn from some highly experienced engineers. You will be required to work under supervision as you learn and also on your own completing fault finding activities and working on commissioning projects. You will be given the opportunity to learn how to make Trend 863 based software modifications and (in the long-term) write your own software and strategy. You will be primarily working within the M25, but occasional travel to areas outside of the boundary may be required.

Key Skills
Qualified in electrical engineering (via apprenticeship, HND or ONC).
Good understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems) Engineering principles.
Knowledge and some qualifications with Trend BMS Systems.
Some understanding of SCADA/PLC such as Allen Bradley would be advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Driven and hungry to learn more about BMS.
Full UK Driving Licence.
