Interserve Healthcare is recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to provide care and support to patients requiring renal dialysis within their own homes which allows patients suffering with kidney failure the freedom to live an independent life.
Applicants will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a flexible approach to working regular shifts – some of which will include unsociable hours - delivering high quality person-centred care within patient’s homes.
No previous experience of working in this field is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities of this role will include; assisting patients with dialysis treatment including machine set-up, connecting patients to the machine and supporting other care needs as per the individual patients care plan and prescription sheet. The Healthcare Assistant will also be required to carry out and record observations of a patient’s general well-being.
Accurate record keeping is essential as is being responsible for the management of patient stock levels to ensure that the right amount of equipment is always available for their care.

As a part of the Business Development Team the Business Development Co-ordinator will co-ordinate and contribute to business development activity
Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Outcomes:
To assist Business Development Manager (and their team) with the project management/coordination of submissions, presentations, etc. In particular with the setting-up of meetings, tracking key project dates and ensuring contributors deliver to schedule
* To provide administrative support to the Business Development Team
* To manage the tender 'portals', including identifying suitable opportunities, downloading documents and uploading tender submissions and to manage all other external interfaces including the e-mail inbox
* To support the Business Development Manager (and their team) in scoping new opportunities and drafting and finalising tender submissions and presentations
* To complete Pre-Qualification (PQQ) documents, and keep the PQQ database up to date and accurate in partnership with other Business Development Coordinators across the organisation
* To act as the first point of contact for all new business enquiries and maintain accurate records of these
* To maintain the Business Development 'Trackers' (Microsoft Excel spreadsheets) and use them to compile reports and report on these to the Business Development Manager
* To assist the Business Development Manager with research and liaison with external organisation and individuals in the gathering, collation and analysis of benchmarking information, market intelligence and commissioning priorities
* To gather organisational information and other marketing and submission information, and maintain central libraries and databases in conjunction with other Business Development Co-ordinators
* To attend internal and external meetings, representing the Business Development Team
* Design and manage filing systems in association with the Business Development Manager (and their team)
* Keep up-to-date with procurement practice

My client, a market leading company in Purfleet, Essex, is looking for a part time Credit Controller.
The role will involve managing all of the credit control and debt collection for the company, by way of telephone, email and letter. There will also be some general ad-hoc accounting work, including reconciling control accounts.
This is a part time role for 3 days per week, which will include Monday and then 2 flexible days at the company's discretion.
