My client is looking for an HR Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some HR Administrative experience.

Within this varied role, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that key databases are kept up to date for HR and Payroll
* All aspects of benefits administration
* Organising and processing all new starters, leavers and change of terms and conditions paperwork
* Ensure contracts of employment and job profiles are maintained, with any updates in details being conducted in a timely manner
* Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, liaising with external recruitment agencies, ensuring all job descriptions are kept updated and that all CV's are logged
* Arranging interviews and creating offer letters
* Providing HR Advice to all colleagues within the business
* Assisting with employee relation cases, such as grievances, probationary period meetings, disciplinary & redundancies.
* Ensuring all disciplinary, grievance, probationary period letters are put together and distributed to the relevant staff members.
