One of the leading firms in the South East seeks to recruit a highly experienced Private Client specialist in order to establish a new Kent branch of the firm’s larger private client function. The firm has an excellent reputation at providing private client and OMB tax advisory services. Despite the recession, they have remained very profitable, in part, by winning business from many larger competitors.

Currently this work is being performed by other offices within the practice and they feel that now is the ideal time to have this specialist tax function brought locally, to Kent.

The client base is typically HNWI’s who are business directors and require personalised and comprehensive tax advisory services, delivered in a professional and personal manner.

In addition to the taxation advice you will be delivering individually and as part of your team, will be responsible for (and expected to) further increase the client-base through professional networking, utilising existing and new referrers and through referrals from satisfied clients.

In addition to current technical expertise you will need to be a strategic thinker, interested and motivated by the bigger plan for the division and the firm (of which you will be a key part moving forward).

Depending on your experience you could begin this role with a title ranging from Senior Manager to a Partner; it really depends on the experience and knowledge that you bring.

You will preferably be qualified; ACA, CTA, and/or STEP however consideration will be given to those with experience only.
