My client is one of the market leaders in its field who due to an improvement shown in the property market is looking for a MORTGAGE CONSULTANT who wants to take advantage of the quality of leads being referred by the sales team as well as the ability to offer a wider range of products to their clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
To work with and liaise with Estate Agency staff to maximise mortgages and other products.
Pre -Qualification of purchasers to advise on their ability.
Identify and cross sell non-regulated insurance products.
Provide feedback to the sales team a daily basis in respect of progress of leads provided.
Liasing with corporate sales departments

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills particularly on the telephone
Motivate estate agency sales team to pass on leads and make appointments with the consultant. To ensure that all appointments are conducted inline with policy, and they operate within the various regulatory guidelines.

You will have previous experience within a bancassurer or estate agency environment with mortgage experience.

Good organisational experience and able to work as part of a team with a high focus in customer service as our client is one of the market leaders in its field.
